YORKSHIRE PUDDING | |
Beat together, just until smooth, 1 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 cup milk and 2 eggs, bake in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish in sizzling hot meat drippings or butter. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown. 35 to 40 minutes. Cut in squares and serve immediately with roast beef and gravy. Can also be made in muffin tins. |
