BEST PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
2 eggs 2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice 1 c. chopped nuts Mix ingredients with a wooden spoon and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool and frost. FROSTING: 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 stick butter 1 1/3 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Beat ingredients together and frost cake. |
