4 lb. pot roast
1 1/2 tbsp. steak sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire
3/4 c. catsup
Onion, chopped

Place meat on large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Salt and pepper both sides. Combine above ingredients. Cover both sides of roast with catsup - onion mixture. Seal tightly in the aluminum foil (I put in baking pan in case foil would leak). Bake 3 hours in 325 degree oven. Note: This is an ideal dish to put in oven before going to church.
