FAVORITE POT ROAST 
1 (4 lb.) beef chuck pot roast
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Place roast on large sheet of aluminum foil in a baking pan. Sprinkle onion soup mix over roast, spread can soup over meat. Seal foil securely over roast. Bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours (1 hour per pound). Yields 8 servings.
