BETTY HAUSER'S APRICOT SQUARES 
1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. apricot preserves

Cut above together. Pat half mixture into 11 x 7-inch pan. Spread jar (12 ounce) of apricot preserves (3/4 cup) on top. Add remaining crumbs. Bake at 370 degrees for 30 minutes.
