BISCUIT-WRAPPED MEAT LOAF
2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 slices American cheese
Biscuit dough

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix beef, eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, salts, mustard, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Shape this mixture firmly into an 8 x 5 inch loaf and set in a shallowing baking dish. Bake for 1 hour, uncovered, spooning off the fat.

Mix biscuit dough and roll it on a floured surface into a 12 inch circle, then cut it into four equal parts. Alternate cheese slices and biscuit dough on surface of meat, overlappping the round edges of dough over the points of the cheese slices. Prick the dough with fork; bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ketchup.
