SPAGHETTI TOSS 
1 lb. pepperoni (sliced)
1 pkg. spaghetti (thin)
1/2 c. Parmesan grated cheese
2 lg. onions
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 boxes frozen broccoli
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. Italian season

1. Add spaghetti to a boiling pot of water to which you have added salt.

2. Add broccoli to boiling water for 6 to 8 minutes (also add salt to taste).

3. Chop onions (mince). Saute in 2 tablespoons of oil until transparent only. (Do not over-cook.) Add sliced pepperoni and saute with onions until oils from pepperoni turns onions red or tinted. Add Italian seasoning.

4. Strain spaghetti and add to onion and pepperoni mixture - toss lightly.

5. Add broccoli which has been chopped slightly in bite-sized pieces.

6. Add Parmesan cheese and toss lightly. Serve immediately!! (Enjoy! Enjoy!) (A happy, quick, Saturday Supper)
