POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen hash browns (32 oz.)
1/2 c. butter, melted
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese

Topping:

1/2 box Kellogg's croutons
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix ingredients together, and salt and pepper to taste. Place in 13 x 9 inch casserole dish. For topping, crush croutons and toss with melted butter. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees.
