EVER-SO-EASY FRUITCAKE 
2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (28 oz.) jar Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 c. mixed candied fruit
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Generously grease and flour a 9 or 10 inch tube pan. Sift together flour and baking soda; set aside. In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Blend in dry ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Turn out of pan. Cool completely. Glaze and garnish as desired.

NOTE: To store cake, cool thoroughly and wrap well in foil and refrigerate or freeze.
