MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground beef or combination of beef and pork
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c. bread crumbs, oatmeal may be used
1 egg
1/4 c. catsup
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. broth or water

Mix well. Pack into well oiled loaf pan. Bake 1 hour, about 10 minutes before baking is complete, pour catsup on meatloaf and finish baking.
