RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
3 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt

Place all of the above ingredients into a nine inch unbaked pie shell and dot with butter (2 tablespoons). Place top pie crust over this, crimp edges, and prick with tines of fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
