FOUR STACK DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Pat into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool.

1 lg. pkg. of Philadelphia cream cheese
2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioner's sugar

Spread over top of baked mixture after it's cooled.

2 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding in 3 c. milk

Let cool. Spread over cheese mixture.

Before serving, spread 1 bowl of Cool Whip over top of dessert. Sprinkle with grated chocolate (optional). It's as delicious as a hot fudge sundae and just as rich.
