FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
1 c. melted butter
2 c. flour
1/2+ c. finely chopped nuts
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 sm. boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 c. whole milk
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Mix first 3 ingredients. Press onto bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Beat cream cheese, confectioners sugar and Cool Whip; spread on cool crust. Mix pudding with milk and spread on chilled cream cheese. Top with large container of Cool Whip.
