BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked elbow macaroni
16 oz. tomato/spaghetti sauce, jar or homemade
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 sm. carton cottage cheese

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Mix together all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top. Bake 35-40 minutes in a covered casserole dish at 350 degrees. Remove cover, brown 5 minutes more.
