MICROWAVE CUBED STEAKS ON
VEGETABLES
 
3 c. potatoes, thinly sliced
2 c. carrots, thinly sliced
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) vegetable beef soup
4 cubed steaks (1 - 1 1/2 lbs. total)
1 env. onion soup mix

In a 12x8 microwave-type pan combine potatoes, carrots and vegetable soup. Cover and microwave 6-8 minutes or until carrots begin to tenderize stirring once. Arrange meat over potatoes and carrots. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover and microwave 5 minutes. Reduce power to 50% and microwave 10-15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Re-arrange once.

Easy to increase to 6 servings in a 9x13 pan or reduce to 2 servings in 8x8 pan.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
