CHILE VERDE 
Salad oil
1 green pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 lb. pork cubes
1 sm. onion

Heat oil and brown pork. Add garlic, pepper and onion. Saute until soft. Add remaining ingredients:

1 c. beef broth
1/4 to 1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. ground cumin
3 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes with liquid
2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chiles, mild
1 tsp. chile powder
1/4 c. lemon juice

Cover and cook over low heat for 2 hours. Stir occasionally. Remove cover and simmer for 45 minutes longer.
