1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 can chili no beans 8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese Bag Tostado chips Spread cream cheese on bottom of square glass dish (8 inch). Spread chili no beans over cream cheese. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over chili. Warm in microwave until cheese on top is melted. Serve with taco chips. | |
