CHICKEN AND PORK SAUTE 
2 1/2 c. rice, cooked
3/4 lb. boneless pork cubes
3/4 lb. boneless chicken cubes
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 diced onion
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 med. tomato, diced
3/4 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Sprinkle cubed pork and chicken with cornstarch. In saucepan, saute butter, onion, pork and chicken. Cook over medium heat until brown. Add green pepper, tomato, chicken broth and soy sauce. Cover and simmer for 25 to 35 minutes. Spoon mixture over cooked rice.
