LOW CAL SWEET & SOUR PORK 
1 1/2 - 2 lb. pork

Broil then slice thin, or slice thin and stir fry in wok with 1 tablespoon oil. Add: 2 tbsp. soy sauce

Simmer 20-40 minutes (takes less time when done in wok). Melt 1/2 stick butter, add 2/3 cups each unsweetened pineapple and green bell peppers - chunks. Heat.

Sauce:
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 c. brown sugar

Use equivalent amount of Sweet & Low brown sugar substitute. Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Combine all mixtures, heat thoroughly until thickened. Serve over rice.
