MACADAMIA NUT PIE 
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 unbaked pie shell
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped macadamia nuts
1/2 c. semisweet chocolate pieces

Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, butter and vanilla and beat until thoroughly blended. Stir in nuts. Spread chocolate pieces over pie crust in a single layer. Turn filling into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until filling is set. Cool. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
