2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. melted butter 1 c. shredded coconut 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 tbsp. peanut butter Mix first 3 ingredients and press into a 13"x9"x2" pan. Mix coconut and milk. Spread on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together. Spread on top of candy when taken out of the oven. Cool. |
