CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/3 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped walnuts

FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. boiling water
1/4 c. butter
1 c. dry milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine chips and butter; microwave on high 3 minutes. Add crumbs and nuts. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Press 1/2 mixture into pan. In saucepan bring sugar and water to boil; add butter. Put dry milk into small mixer bowl; beat in sugar mixture until smooth. Beat in cream cheese, egg, and vanilla. Pour into pan and top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Chill before cutting bars. Freezes well.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
