BEAN SOUPE | |
1/2 c. spaghetti sauce 1 onion, cut up sm. 1 pkg. sausage (= 5 links Italian) 2 cans Progresso white beans 1 c. water Cook sausage in frying pan with water until it boils dry and let it brown. Turn over and add more water and let it boil dry again and brown on that side. Cut into small pieces and add more water; let it boil until sausage is done. Make sure there's water on sausage. In kettle put tomato sauce, water and onion, let boil 15 minutes, then add beans and sausage with broth. Serve. |
