PINENUT DRESSING 
1 bag Success Rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. pinenuts
1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chicken stock

Cook Success Rice according to package directions.

While rice is cooking, saute onion and celery in butter. Add pinenuts, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Fold in cooked rice. Add chicken stock. Serves 4.
