1 lg. box vanilla wafers
5 lg. eggs
2 sticks melted butter
2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. canned pecans
1/2 c. milk

ICING:

1 lg. can Pet milk
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped

CAKE: Crush wafers and mix well with remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool.

ICING: Cook milk, sugar, butter and vanilla until thick then add coconut and pecans, chopped.
