FRENCH COCONUT PIE 
3/4 stick butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs well and add with other ingredients to butter and sugar mixture. Pour into uncooked pie pastry.

Bake for 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven and 50 minutes on 300 degrees.
