PEANUT BUTTER EASTER EGGS 
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 - 1 lb. 10X sugar
8-9 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits

Mix peanut butter, corn syrup, and vanilla. Add 10X sugar gradually, mixing until firm. Shape into small eggs.

Place on rack. Pour melted chocolate bits over eggs. Cool until firm. Makes about 2 dozen eggs.
