PEANUT BUTTER EGGS | |
1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter (smooth or chunky) 1 stick melted butter 1 lb. powdered sugar Mix peanut butter and melted butter together with spoon. Add powdered sugar and knead by hand until smooth. Roll into egg shape and dip into coating chocolate. This peanut butter mixture can be used for centers in peanut butter cups. Fill candy paper cups about half full with melted milk chocolate. Add a patty of the peanut butter mixture and cover with more of the melted chocolate. Let set up at room temperature. The peanut butter mixture can be kept in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator for several weeks. |
