POTATOES PARMESAN 
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
5 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
4 lg. potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/8 inch thick
1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
Paprika

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray an 8x12 inch baking dish with Pam. Mix skin milk, garlic and onion powder, pepper, oregano and 4 tablespoons Parmesan in a bowl. Whisk together to blend.

Arrange 1/3 of the potatoes in the baking dish. Pour part of milk mixture over potatoes. Make 2 more layers. Sprinkle top with paprika and remaining Parmesan. Bake covered for 40 minutes. Remove cover and bake 20 more minutes or until top is golden brown and potatoes are tender. Serves 4.
