“GOLDEN CARROT PIE” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  GUACAMOLE DEVILED EGGS

GOLDEN CARROT PIE 
1 1/2 cups cooked mashed carrots
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tbsp. dark molasses
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup milk, scalded

Mix ingredients in order given and bake in an unbaked pie shell at 425°F for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350°F and bake an additional 45 to 50 minutes.

Serve with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired. ENJOY!!!
