LEMON CHEESE PIE 
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. corn meal
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
Grated rind and juice of one lemon
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked

Mix sugar, flour and corn meal. Add eggs, butter, milk, lemon and rind. Beat until smooth and blended. Pour into pie shell. Bake in a 350 degree oven, 45 minutes or until firm. Serves 6 to 8.
