FLUFFY LEMON CHEESE PIE | |
1 Ready-Made graham cracker crust 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. lemon peel, grated 1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed In large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add sugar gradually, beating well. Blend in lemon juice. Fold in lemon peel and whipped topping. Spoon into crust, chill until set, about 4 hours. If desired, serve with berries or other fruit. |
