LENTIL SOUP 
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 or 2 diced carrots
1 chopped onion
3 qts. water (part vegetables stock if possible)
1 pkg. chicken or turkey franks
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. salt
1 or 2 stalks diced celery
1 pkg. lentils

Bring lentils to a boil, drain, add salt, pepper, vinegar, carrots, celery, and potatoes, sugar and vegetable stock. Cook until beans are soft. Add diced franks and 3 bouillon cubes (beef).
