OVEN BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat
2-3 carrots, chunked
1 onion, chopped
2 potatoes, quartered
1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
3/4 can water

Combine all ingredients in large casserole. Cover. Bake at 275 degrees for 4 1/2 to 5 hours. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
