SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 box crab boil
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 lb. shrimp
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp. vinegar
Dash of hot sauce
Cooked rice
3 stalks celery

Saute onion, pepper, celery and garlic. Add tomato soup, vinegar and hot sauce. Bring to boil. Clean shrimp and boil in crab boil. Pour off water and add shrimp to tomato sauce. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
