BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can blueberry (or cherry) pie filling
Sm. Cool Whip

Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter; press firmly in 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs until thick; add sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla. Pour over crumbs.

Bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Cool; top with blueberry or cherry filling. Top with whipped cream.
