CHICKEN STIR FRY | |
2 (6 3/4 oz.) cans Hormel chunk chicken, drained 1 lg. red pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips 1 tsp. cornstarch 2 tbsp. soy sauce 3 tbsp. oil 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 tsp. ginger root, finely chopped 1 c. broccoli florets 1 1/2 c. peapods Cooked rice or noodles Toss first 4 ingredients plus 1 tablespoon oil in bowl. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet or wok over high heat until hot. Add chicken mixture, garlic, and ginger root; cook and stir until chicken is heated. Add broccoli and pea pods. Cook and stir for 4 minutes. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles. |
