2 c. cut-up turkey, cooked
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2; sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt, and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into plate.

Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
