4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk

Mix together and boil 9 minutes, stirring. Remove pan from heat and while contents are hot add 18 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips, 2 cubes butter, 3 cups mini marshmallows, and 2 cups chopped walnuts. Spread on greased dish or pan. Cool; cut and eat!
