2 c. crushed cornflakes
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Mix thoroughly and put into a 9x9 pan.

1 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

Sprinkle above ingredients over first mixture in order. Drizzle condensed milk over all. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30-35 minutes.
