RAGEDY HOT MUESLI 
3 to 4 apples, peeled & quartered
1 orange, peeled
2 tbsp. raw oats, Muesli (soak overnight)
1 tbsp. wheat germ (optional)
1/2 c. pitted dates or figs
1/2 c. nuts or almonds
Honey or fructose to sweeten

Cook Muesli, add wheat germ, then add fruit and nuts.
