BEEF ITALIANO 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. red pepper
1 sm. green pepper
1 med. onion
1 can whole tomatoes with juice
1 c. beef broth or bouillon
1 tsp. dried basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice

Saute hamburger, chopped peppers and chopped onion in pan until meat is done. Add tomatoes and juice, broth, basil, salt, oregano and pepper; bring to a boil. Stir in rice and cover. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Makes 4 servings.
