PERFECT BROWNIES 
4 (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate squares
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sifted flour

Melt chocolate over hot water. Thoroughly cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat well. Blend in melted chocolate, vanilla, flour. Pour batter into greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Frost with fudge frosting if desired.
