GLAZED SPARERIBS 
2 sides Kosher spareribs
Salt
Pepper

SAUCE:

1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
3 tbsp. catsup
1/2 c. water or white wine

1. Season spareribs with salt and pepper.

2. Mix sauce.

3. Glaze ribs, turn often and glaze. Bake 1-1 1/2 hours. May be used as a marinade.
