GLAZED BACON 
1 lb. thick sliced bacon
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. wine (red or white)
Broiler pan

Bake the bacon in the oven at 350 degrees, watching closely. Mix sugar, mustard and wine in a small bowl. As bacon begins to turn golden brown spoon sauce sparingly over each slice. Continue to bake for 5 minutes. Then turn each slice and spoon remaining sauce on other side and bake until desired doneness.
