ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
lg. can crushed pineapple
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten

Place the bread crumbs and crushed pineapple into a greased baking dish. Melt the butter. Add sugar and eggs and flour over the pineapple mixture. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons milk. Bake about 45 to 50 minutes in 350 degree oven. (Very good with ham or fowl.) Double recipe to serve eight people.
