FARMER'S CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. spaghetti
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. water
2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1 lg. can whole tomatoes, cut up
1 1/2 c. corn
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut into lg. chunks

Brown raw spaghetti in 2 tablespoons oil. Add meat; cook until brown. Drain off excess grease. Add all but cheese. Stir and cover. Cook slow 25 minutes on stove, stirring frequently. Uncover; add cheese. Cover and cook until cheese melts.
