1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cocoa
8 c. puffed wheat

In a large pot, combine butter, corn syrup, brown sugar, vanilla and cocoa; bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes. Add puffed wheat and pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. This makes an inexpensive treat for a large group of kids.
