BLUEBERRY SAUCE 
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 c. hot water
2 c. blueberries

In a small saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg; gradually stir in water. Cook, stirring constantly over low heat until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Add blueberries and continue stirring until sauce reaches a boil again. Serve warm over ice cream or cake or waffles. Can be reheated.

I had blueberries and needed to use them before they spoiled. So, I thought I could find many uses for this (crepes sound good). I did leave out the nutmeg, added a little lemon squeeze and smaller amount of cinnamon. Oh, boy, was this good.
