BLUEBERRY SAUCE 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. blueberries
1 tsp. to 1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel

Combine sugar, water, salt and cornstarch. Cook, stirring frequently until mixture boils and thickens. Add berries, heat to boiling; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in lemon juice to taste and lemon peel. Let sauce cool slightly. Serve over ice cream, cake, etc.
